Pricing for calligraphy brand activations
Half-day rates for 1 artist and 1 assistant start at $2000 for up to 4 hours on-site. Rates will vary depending on expected guest count, event location, complexity of design and other considerations. Please reach out so that we can share a tailored quote based on your event details.

On-site engraving is our most popular service for brand activation events. We can hand engrave your guest’s name, initials, a date or a short message. Popular items for engraving include water bottles, wine bottles, liquor bottles, flasks, wine glasses or glassware, fragrances or perfume bottles, candles, diffusers, compact mirrors, acetate combs, guasha stones, lipsticks or other makeup products. We have a minimal engraving setup consisting of a portable engraving drill. Choose from gold or silver color fill to match your brand aesthetics.
Live Calligraphy
Live calligraphy adds a unique and interactive experience that your guests can enjoy. Calligraphy activations are perfect to elevate event favors, gifts and unique mementos. We frequently customize handwritten calligraphy on conference badges, nametags, notebooks, bookmarks, thank you cards, greeting cards, gift tags, canvas tote pouches and tote bags, holiday ornaments, accessories pouches, and more.
Heat Foiling & Leather Personalization
Heat foiling offers the same stunning and long-lasting personalization as engraving but is better suited for corporate events where the noise level matters. Leather personalization can be done in your choice of gold or silver foil. We can do heat foiling on genuine leather, faux leather and paper goods. Some popular items for leather customization include personalized luggage tags, passport holders, bookmarks, notebooks, card wallets, keychains, travel accessories pouch.
Bottle Painting
We frequently offer bottle calligraphy personalization on wine bottles, wine glasses, perfume bottles and fragrances, candles, glass fragrance diffusers. We can work on a variety of glass and ceramic surfaces. We use high-quality acrylic paints that stay vibrant and do not smudge once fully dry. Bottle painting customization is offered for live event activation bookings and in-studio personalization requests.
Chinese Calligraphy
Live Chinese brush calligraphy events are the perfect way to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Our most popular service is customizing red good luck couplets, red envelopes or scrolls in gold or black ink to gift your employees and guests. Each couplet is packaged in a protective sleeve with translations for the selected phrases of good luck. Other activations offered include engraving Chinese on bottles, traditional Chinese brush painting on fans or scrolls.
