We make it easy to incorporate a live calligraphy activation into your corporate event. Here's what we need to create the best experience.
Space & Setup Requirements
Tables: 1-2 long tables (minimum 6ft) for our workspace; 1 additional table for pickup
Chairs: Comfortable seating for our calligraphers (1 per artist)
Tablecloths & Decorations: Provided by you or your venue to match your event aesthetic
Lighting: Adequate overhead and table lighting for precision work
Electrical Outlets: Required only for certain activations (engraving, leather foiling)

Materials testing is an essential part of every live calligraphy activation. We ask that you send us 2-3 samples of each item type or color variation in advance to conduct thorough testing and preparation.
