Chinese Calligraphy
Traditional Chinese calligraphy is the perfect way commemorate the Lunar New Year. Our artists can write Chinese calligraphy in black or gold ink, using special calligraphy brushes (毛笔). This art form is a popular option for writing good luck charms and phrases on a variety of surfaces, including couplets, scrolls and red envelopes.
Inkscripted Studios has a team of two calligraphers who have on-site personalization experience. We look forward to working with you not only during the Lunar New Year but are available throughout the year for special events and workshops.
Our Chinese calligraphers are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California and available to travel worldwide.
Half-day rates begin at $1000 for up to 4 hours on-site, not including travel.
